Is there really a free plan?+
Yes. The Free plan lets you complete 2 assessments a month for 1 site, with full PDF reports — no card required. Reports on the Free plan carry a small "Generated with AssessKit" footer.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?+
Annual billing is charged once a year and saves you around 17% compared with paying monthly. The plan and its features are identical either way.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing settings. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You can export your clients, sites, assessments and actions as CSV files at any time. If you cancel, we keep your organisation’s data for a 90-day grace period — export stays available throughout that window — and then permanently delete it.
Do prices include tax?+
The price shown is the full amount you pay — there is nothing to add.
