What counts as an “assessment”?
Each fire risk assessment you create counts as one assessment. You can save drafts, edit, and complete at your own pace. The limit only applies to new assessments created in a billing month.
What happens if I hit my limit?
You can finish any assessment you've already started. You just can't create new ones until the limit resets next month — or you upgrade.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately. Downgrades are prorated.
Is there a contract?
No long-term commitment required. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year and give you 2 months free compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual from your billing settings.
